Economy
For projects requiring a simple and efficient design which will be constructed with familiar methods and materials. We'll keep the entire process "lean", helping to make things more affordable without compromising on our shared core values. I can only offer this service for new-build properties.

Simple new-builds (£275k+)

Full
This is generally the preferred service offering for most projects and my recommendation in most instances. With this you are investing in a completely bespoke design to suit your requirements and standards. This is the minimum tier for projects that involve refurbishment and renovation of an existing building.

Custom new-builds (£450k+)
Renovations/extensions (£150k+)

7-12%
Plus
If you are seeking a truly outstanding and innovative design and require the highest performance standards, this is the option for you. With the extra investment, I will be able to dedicate more resources to your project allowing us to go through an extremely rigorous design process with you and the rest of the design team.
